"Hey admins, I'm reaching out for some help with a long-standing issue that's been going on for months. My account was banned back in October for a supposed 'rule infraction', but I've never received any clarification or resolution. Never gotten an email, PM, or any kind of notification about what I did wrong - just a flat ban with no info."
