"Hey guys, I'm curious to know what people think about the Zakheim mystery. For those who don't know, Douglas J. (Dov) Zakheim was a high-ranking DOD official who somehow managed to 'mysteriously' disappear $2.3 trillion from the Pentagon's budget in the early 2000s - or so the conspiracy theorist claims. Has anyone dug deep enough to separate fact from fiction?"
