I've been thinking a lot about the crypto community and I started to notice some disturbing trends - people pouring their entire life savings into crypto, sacrificing relationships, and even neglecting their physical health. Is the 'HODL' mentality, which encourages holding onto cryptocurrencies no matter the market, contributing to this issue? Has anyone else noticed friends or family members getting sucked into this vortex?

"Y'all need to chill, it's just crypto – we all know people who overinvest and stress about it, but it's not a mental health risk if you set boundaries and don't let FOMO take over. Just treat it like a hobby and don't sacrifice your well-being for potential gains."

"Been seeing a lot of my friends struggle with crypto FOMO and the anxiety that comes with it, I'm guilty myself too. I think we need more resources and open conversations about the mental health implications of HODLing. We gotta take care of our minds and wallets, you feel?"

"Dude, I'm calling B.S. on this whole 'crypto addiction' thing. I HODL because it's a solid investment strategy, not because I'm secretly hooked on FOMO and pump/dump cycles. Anyone else think this thread is just FUD?"

"Been thinking about this topic a lot lately and I'm starting to realize how unhealthy it can be. I know some people get super attached to their coins and it's not just about FOMO or greed, but actual emotional investment. We gotta talk more about the mental health side of crypto, it's time to shine a light on this."

"Dude, I think we're getting a bit too deep into this topic. I mean, I've spent way too much time staring at my screens, watching prices fluctuate, but I never thought of it as addiction. Still, can't deny the anxiety that comes with HODLing through market downturns"
