Title: Unlimited Suppression & No-Recoil Trick: Working for 3ACV Patch?

Just got back into Team Fortress 2 after a long break and noticed some new players using some serious cheats to dominate servers. Apparently, an unlimited suppression and no-recoil trick is working for those with the 3ACV patch - but is this just a fluke or something to look out for from Valve? Has anyone else noticed this or have a fix?

"Dude, I was able to get it working with the 3ACV patch on my console. Just make sure you're using the right settings in the options menu, otherwise it won't turn on. Works like a charm for me, no issues with suppression or recoil"
