Title: Thoughts on best practices?

Hey guys, I was just thinking about our community's best practices when it comes to investing in crypto and I wanted to start a discussion. I think a lot of us have learned from our past mistakes and have developed some good habits, but I'd love to hear what others think is key to success. What are some non-negotiables for you guys when it comes to crypto investing?

"Hey guys, just a few cents on best practices - for me it's all about setting clear goals, staying disciplined with risk management, and never investing more than you can afford to lose. Keep it simple, stay informed, but don't get caught up in FUD. What are your top tips?"

"Hey guys, just wanna chime in - I think best practices for crypto investment involve having a solid understanding of the underlying tech, setting clear risk management goals, and not falling for FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt) hype. Bein' patient and doin' your own research is key, imo."

"Hey guys, I think using 2FA and encryption for your crypto wallets is a must. It's a simple way to protect yourself from potential hacks and keep your assets safe. Anyone else using something like that?"

"Hey guys, for me it's all about keeping it secure - use strong passwords, 2FA whenever possible, and keep software up-to-date. I've also been experimenting with cold storage for some of my more valuable coins. Anyone else got any tried-and-true methods?"

I think solid security measures should always be the top priority. This includes 2FA, regular wallet audits, and diversifying your investments to minimize risk. Don't get caught slippin' with lax security, guys.

"tbh, I think the biggest thing is just to keep it simple and not over-leverage yourself. Don't get caught up in FOMO and start investing more than you can afford to lose. Been there, done that."

"What's up guys, been using a hardware wallet for my ETH and BNB, been a game changer in terms of security. Also, I make sure to store my seed phrases in a safe physical location, just in case something goes wrong. Never know when a hack could happen"

"Hey guys, for me it's all about security - use a hardware wallet, enable 2FA, and don't reuse passwords. Also, keep your software up to date and be cautious when interacting with new websites or protocols. Anyone have any other tips to add?"
