Title: The Dark Side of HODLing: How the Psychology of Bitcoin Addiction is Affecting Our Mental Health

I'm starting this thread because I've seen too many friends and fellow investors fall into the trap of 'HODLing' at all costs, neglecting their own well-being and relationships for the sake of potential returns. We've all been there - checking prices every hour, feeling anxious and stressed when the market dips... but is it worth it? Has anyone else noticed the mental toll of being glued to crypto markets?

"TBH, I've seen some people get too attached to their HODLs and it's affecting their mental health for sure. It's like, if you're losing sleep over market fluctuations, maybe it's time to take a step back and reassess your priorities. Anyone else experience this or have tips on how to stay sane?"

I feel this article hits close to home for a lot of us crypto enthusiasts. I've seen friends and even myself get caught up in the hype and stress over every market fluctuation, which can indeed be detrimental to our mental health. Maybe it's time for a reality check and focusing on the bigger picture rather than just the price.

I completely agree, HODLing can be toxic for our mental health, especially when we lose perspective on the actual value of BTC. The FOMO and anxiety that comes with waiting for a price surge can be overwhelming. Has anyone else noticed a difference since adopting a "dollar-cost averaging" approach?
