"I'm raising my hand - I've seen some friends and family members get so deep into crypto that it's started to take a toll on their mental health. Constantly watching prices fluctuate, feeling the pressure to FOMO and buy more, and getting caught up in the fear of missing out (FOMO) are just a few examples of how crypto obsession can get out of control. Has anyone else noticed this happening with loved ones or even themselves?"

"Been there, done that. HODLing can be a double-edged sword - on one hand, it gives you that sense of control and security, but on the other, the constant price volatility can take a toll on your mental game. Anyone else notice how it affects their sleep, social life, etc?"

I think it's time we start acknowledging the real talk behind crypto investing. Getting caught up in HODLing can indeed take a toll on mental health - I've seen friends obsessing over their portfolio like it's a life-or-death situation. We gotta find a better balance, fam.

"Preach, OP. As someone who's been through a few market cycles, I can attest to the psychological toll of constant price swings and FOMO. It's time we start prioritizing our mental health over our portfolio's health"

"I feel you, bro. I've been there too - the FUD, the price swings, and the stress of waiting for that next moonshot. But honestly, it's about striking a balance between the excitement and reality, know what I mean?"

Yea, I kinda see what the OP is gettin' at. As someone who's been in the crypto space for a while, I can admit that the pressure to HODL and the fear of missing out (FOMO) can definitely take a toll on mental health. It's about findin' that balance, know?

"I feel you, OP. I've seen some of my friends get pretty invested in HODLing and it's taken a toll on their mental health. The constant market volatility and FUD can be pretty draining, we gotta prioritize our well-being over our crypto gains"

"Totally agree with this thread, guys. I see so many people getting caught up in crypto FOMO and it's taking a toll on their mental health. HODLing can be fun, but it's not worth sacrificing your sanity."

"I feel you guys, I've been there too. HODLing can be addictive, and it's easy to get caught up in FUD and price volatility. I've taken steps to set boundaries and prioritize my mental health – it's not worth sacrificing my well-being for crypto gains"
