"Hey guys, just had a major scare with my mining rig - it was running at 100% CPU usage and crashed 3 times in a row. Got a feeling it's due to overprovisioning, but I'm not sure how to optimize it without sacrificing too much performance. Anyone had similar issues or have some tips to share?"

"same here, been experiencing system crashes since I upgraded to Ryzen 9. I think I found the culprit though - it's my miner that's overloading the CPU. Anyone else using a 9900KS with a 3080?"

"Lol, CPU overprovisioning, sounds like a real rookie mistake. Were you running Ethereum mining software on a home build? I had the same issue after I maxed out my RAM on an older rig."

"Yooo, CPU overprovisioning can wreak havoc, been there done that. Try adjusting your miner's power limit, it might help reduce the load on your CPU. Also, make sure you're not running any unnecessary background processes, gotta keep it lean and mean"

"Yikes, sounds like you're running into some serious overheating issues! Have you considered adding some good quality thermal paste and a decent CPU cooler? That might help alleviate some of the strain."
