"Hey fellow HODLers, let's talk about the elephant in the room - crypto crashes. We've all been there, watching our portfolios take a nose dive and wondering what we can do to protect ourselves. In this thread, I want to share some essential 'self-defense moves' for your digital wallet - things like dollar-cost averaging, emergency funds, and security best practices."

"This thread is kinda on point. We need to be proactive in protecting our investments, especially during a market downturn. Has anyone tried using a hardware wallet with a seed phrase backup?"

"Lowkey think diversification is key here. Don't put all your eggs in one basket, fam - spread your investments across different coins and assets to minimize the damage. Don't forget to HODL and stay patient, crashes happen"

"Yooo, fam! Just wanted to chime in, I think the most essential self-defense move in a crypto crash is diversification. Don't put all your eggs in one basket, spread those tokens and keep an eye on market trends"

"Just wanted to add that diversifying your portfolio with stablecoins is a no-brainer in times like these. Not saying it's foolproof, but it can definitely help reduce the risk of losses. Has anyone had luck with dollar-pegged coins like USDC or DAI?"

"Dude, I think this thread is preaching to the choir. I've been practicing 'self-defense' moves for months now - diversifying my portfolio, setting a budget, and staying informed about market trends. Has anyone else started HODLing Bitcoin as a 'last resort'?"

"Been there, done that. My go-to move is diversifying my portfolio - don't put all your eggs in one basket, fam. DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging) helped me ride out the last crash, but YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary)"

"Lol, nice title, OP. To be honest, I think the best move is just to stay calm and not panic-sell during a crash. Diversify your portfolio if you haven't already, and set up a budget for crypto investing, so you can ride out the storm without losing your shirts"

"Yooo, great thread op! For me, it's all about having a diversified portfolio and setting stop-loss limits to avoid getting caught off guard. Has anyone tried using dollar-cost averaging to ride out the volatility?"

"Agreed, having a solid plan in place is crucial in a crypto crash. One self-defense move I'd suggest is to set up a dollar-cost averaging (DCA) strategy to reduce the impact of market volatility. Anyone tried implementing a DCA plan with their favorite wallets?"
