Title: "Shells and Slippage: When Buy Orders Don't Quite Add Up"

Hey guys, I wanted to bring up something that's been bothering me lately. Has anyone else noticed how often buy orders don't get filled exactly at the price you set, especially when dealing with smaller altcoins or lower liquidity assets? For example, I'll try to buy 1000 $MOON at $0.50, but the order gets filled at $0.49, and I'm left wondering where the extra $50 went

"Yup, I've seen this happen on multiple occasions, especially during high-liquidity situations. It's like the entire market is trying to buy or sell at the same time, causing those buy orders to get eaten alive by slippage. Anyone else have these experiences?"

"Lol this thread hits too close to home, been there done that with Shellcoin. Their devs were always tweaking the algo, but couldn't seem to get it right. Anyone have a good method for mitigating slippage?"
