Title: "Shady Management: Have You Ever Been Asked to Hush Up a Toxic Work Environment?"

"Hey everyone, I just got out of a pretty sketchy situation at my old job. They had a major cryptocurrency heist (turned out to be an inside job) and when I reported it to higher ups, I was asked to keep quiet so as not to 'spook' employees. Has anyone else ever been in a similar situation where they got silenced by management?"

"Yikes, I've had my fair share of dodgy managers in the past, but never been asked to keep quiet about a toxic work environment. Had to get outta there before it affected my mental health. Glad to be working for a chill company now"

"Omg yeah, I've had my fair share of shady work environments in the crypto space. I was once asked to keep quiet about a dev who was clearly embezzling funds from a project, and it was super uncomfortable. Don't be surprised if it happens to you, but do your research and stay alert, folks"

"Been there done that unfortunately. Had to deal with some shady upper management at a startup that was more focused on pushing out cheap PR than actually improving the working conditions. It was a real toxic vibe, glad I got out when I did."

Y'all, I gotta share my own experience here. Been in a couple of startups, and yeah, they asked me to keep certain issues under wraps, saying "we're still building a community and don't want to scare off investors." It's all about image, but at what cost?

"Yup, sadly I can relate to this. Was working at a crypto startup years ago where the CEO was super toxic and would get on our backs about minor mistakes. They even tried to silence me when I spoke up about it, said it was 'bad for publicity'."
