"So I've recently rented a VPS for crypto mining and I'm trying to optimize my setup. I've heard that some distros are way more efficient than others for mining, but I don't have any idea which ones to try. Has anyone else set up a VPS for mining, and if so, which distro did you use and what was your experience like?"

"Yeh, I've been using Ubuntu for my mining rig and it's been running smooth. The community support is pretty solid too, so it's easy to troubleshoot any issues. Linux Mint's another option, but I've heard its got some overhead compared to a lightweight distro like Ubuntu"
