"lol I used to work in IT and my most annoying user was this one guy who thought his cat's internet connectivity issues were our problem . He'd send in tickets at 3am about how his cat's 'wi-fi wasn't working' and I'd have to explain to him that, no, it's not our fault his cat's cat tower is in the middle of the wifi router"
"Dude, I've gotta say, my most annoying user story is when they ask me to help them recover a password that's been set to 'password123' on a server that's been compromised 5 times already. I mean, come on, basic security hygiene, bro."

I've got one - I once had to deal with a user who thought they knew how to optimize our entire server setup, but what they really knew was how to fill up the logs with errors from their custom script. Took me hours to track down the root of the problem, and that dude still thought he was right.
