Just got word that the new crypto regulations might be more favorable to the industry than initially thought, thanks to a few senators who actually understand the space. Looks like they're open to listening and making adjustments, which is a big deal. Anyone have more info on what this means for our coins?

not sure if anyone caught it but the bill has 14 more days before it's introduced to the floor, after that it'll be a free-for-all and we'll have to see what kind of amendments get added. hoping for some clarity on staking, can't have a blanket ban on all proof-of-stake. still think it's gonna be a wild ride

Finally some clarity on this issue, the Senate needs to move on this ASAP, any delay could lead to more regulatory uncertainty. I'm curious to see what specific regulations get proposed and how the industry will respond. Has anyone seen the proposed language from the Senate committee yet?

Just got word that the deadline is gonna be end of Q2, hopefully we see some real progress on regulation by then. Been waiting for clarity on this for ages, fingers crossed it's gonna be a positive outcome for the space. Anyone think this will boost market confidence and get us out of this slump?

I'm not really seeing much movement on that bill, been quiet on the senate website. Anyone have any inside scoop or just think it's going to die on the vine again?
