"Security Alert: Unknown Malware Detected on Server 3"

"Guys, just got word from our sysadmin that an unknown malware was detected on Server 3. Apparently the malware went undetected for a bit, but it hasn't done any major damage yet. Anybody have experience with malware removal or know of any effective countermeasures we can take?"

"just checked and Server 3 is still online for me, hope no one's been affected. anyone from the dev team confirm what kind of malware it is? trying to stay level-headed but this is starting to get worrying"
