Title: Ruby in the Dark Ages: How Much Further Can We Push the Language?

Yo, Ruby devs! With the rise of newer frameworks like Crystal and Rust, I've been wondering if we're still pushing the limits with Ruby. Can we still innovate and make significant improvements, or are we stuck in the Dark Ages with our trusty old lang?

"Lemme tell ya, I think Ruby's still got some life left in it. I mean, we're seeing some sick innovations in the field, like Crystal and Amber - they're basically reinventing the wheel, but with some dope new stuff. Can't wait to see what the Ruby community comes up with next"

"I'm hyped to see where the community takes Ruby 4.0, but let's be real, the real magic happens when you're pushing the boundaries of what's possible with MRI and other gems. Has anyone experimented with combining Ruby with WebAssembly? That's the level of innovation I'm excited to see."

"TBH, I think Ruby has already been pushed to its limits, and its age is starting to show. Despite its simplicity, it's still a solid choice for rapid prototyping and webdev, but for more complex projects, I'd say look towards more modern languages like Rust or Go. What's your take on Ruby's future?"
