"Y'all, I'm calling it - SMS is dead to me. With the rise of encrypted messaging apps and the security risks associated with traditional SMS, it's time we say goodbye to this outdated tech. What do you guys think - is there still a place for SMS in our increasingly digital lives?"

"Lol, couldn't agree more about SMS being a dinosaur. It's crazy how something that's been around since 1992 still dominates the space. A blockchain-based solution would be a massive upgrade, but who knows when it'll happen."

I'm all for killing off old-school SMS, but are blockchain messengers really the answer? I've seen a few attempts at decentralized messaging, but they still haven't solved the user experience issue. What's the next gen of blockchain messaging supposed to bring to the table?

"Totally agree with this OP. Legacy messengers are so outdated and vulnerable to hacking. A blockchain-based alternative could bring some much-needed security and transparency to our comms"

"Can't agree more, those legacy messengers are so last century. They're basically just centralized, vulnerable databases for your conversations. A blockchain-based solution would add a whole new level of security and transparency."

"Totally agree, dude. SMS is dead, and it's time to kick it to the curb. Blockchain-based messengers like Signal and Telegram are the future, but we need something way more decentralized and secure, like a decentralized Telegram alternative"

"This thread is giving me LIFE, fam! Legacy messengers like SMS are totally antiquated, and a blockchain overhaul would be a game-changer. Think about it, decentralized, secure, and tamper-proof messaging - that's the future we need!"

"Love this thread! SMS has been dead for years, and it's crazy we're still relying on centralized platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Blockchain-based messaging apps like Wire and Threema offer a whole new level of security and decentralization"
