Title: Reverse Radio: Intercepting Broadcasts with Raspberry Pi & SDR

Hey guys, I've been experimenting with a Reverse Radio project using a Raspberry Pi and a Software Defined Radio (SDR) to intercept and decode various radio broadcasts in my area. Been trying to crack the encryption on a local FM station, and I'm stuck. Has anyone else ventured into this or know of any resources to help a noob like me out?

"Just started digging into this project with my Raspberry Pi 4 and a HackRF One. Got the software set up but couldn't quite get the radio waves to sync - got any tips on getting the signal to lock in?"

"Just started poking around with this project and found an amazing tutorial on the GitHub repo for the Reverse Radio project. Has anyone else here attempted to build a software-defined radio (SDR) from a Raspberry Pi? I'd love to hear about any challenges you've faced."

"Been meaning to try this stuff out myself. Has anyone had any luck with decoding audio from the broadcast signals? What's the deal with antenna setup, is a USB SDR sufficient or do we need something more custom?"

"Just wanted to chime in, I recently experimented with a similar project and found that the RTL-SDR stick is way more convenient than a full-fledged SDR. Also, the software 'rtl_fm' is super easy to use for just basic radio sniffing. Has anyone else played around with this?"

"Whoa, this is cool! I've been experimenting with SDRs myself, and it's amazing what you can pick up. Got any tips on filtering out noise and improving signal quality with Raspberry Pi?"

"Hey guys, I've been playing with the RTL-2832U SDR on my Pi, and I gotta say, the quality of the broadcasts is pretty decent. One thing I found helpful was using the Linrad software - it's a bit more user-friendly than the default packages. Has anyone else had any luck with decoding signals on their Pi?"
