"Hey fellow community members, just wanted to share my recent experience with CryptoKing Exchange's support team. I've been trying to resolve an issue with my account for weeks, and the journey has been straight-up frustrating. Has anyone else had a similar experience with CKX support, or do they just have a new level of customer service?"

"Omg, I feel you! I had a nightmare trying to resolve an issue with CoinSwap's support last month. Took me 5 hours of back-and-forth to get a proper response, and even then, it wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear"

"Honestly, [Exchange/Project] support has always been a pain in the neck. Last week, I spent like 3 hours on the phone with their 'expert' team and still couldn't resolve my issue . Guess that's why people say you can't trust support, right?"

"Dude, I feel you. Had a similar issue with their live chat last week, and it took 3 hours for them to finally escalate to a ticket. Guess their support team still needs some work, lol."
