Title: OP Noob Friendly RUST Exploit: Instant Health Regen in Solo Duels

Hey guys, just found a pretty simple exploit in solo duels that gives you instant health regen. You just need to use a medkit and then immediately drop it without equipping it again. Works every time I've tested it so far.
