Nrcomm 9.47

Привет всем,
смог кто нибудь установить nrComm 9.47 что здесь на сайте на Delphi 10.2?
А то скачал, в файле написано

Use nrcomm_pro947trial.exe to install controls that support D10.2 Tokyo.
With the Delphi25 directory file to cover the original directory.
Delete the directory under nrcommdXX.bpl
64-bit: C: \ Windows \ SysWOW64
32-bit: C: \ Windows \ System32

с английским вроде все нормально но здесь я или непонял что делать или ето неработает ...
на версию 9.44 у меня есть лиценсия но она неустанавливается на Delphi 10.2 а nrcomm_pro947release.ехе негде скачать :-/

Может кто поможет советом или nrcomm_pro947release.ехе ?

Говорит удалить старые либы nrcommdXX.bpl из системных папок винды.
Потом уже ставить.

Удалят пробовал, даже на новую сыстему пробовал ставить,
по моему проблема в "With the Delphi25 directory file to cover the original directory."
так как етой папки нету в архиве, наверное автор забыл добавить :-/
