Yooo, fellow Mappers! I'm new to the Garry's Mod scene and I've seen some insane creations out there. As someone who went from noob to decent map-maker in the past year, I'm excited to share my 10 easy tips that helped me climb the ranks and create pro-level maps for GMod.

"Lol nice thread title, been there myself. Building a decent map in Garry's Mod takes time, but this thread's gonna help some noobs level up ASAP. Looking forward to seeing some of your builds guys!"

"Dude, I gotta say, 10 builds is a pretty aggressive goal, especially for noobs. I'd recommend breaking it down into smaller chunks and focusing on mastering one map type at a time. Maybe start with some simple survival maps and work your way up to more complex deathruns?"

"I gotta say, building 10 pro-level maps in Garry's Mod sounds like a challenge, not easy. What kind of resources are we talking about here, will this be using existing assets or creating new ones from scratch?"

"Hey OP, that's a sick goal. I'm trying to take my map-building skills to the next level too, but I've been stuck on this one theme for months. Got any tips on getting started with Garry's Mod's source code?"

"Yooo, just joined this thread. Currently working on a basic hotel map for a beginner-friendly server. Any tips on how to add some decent lighting without overloading the clients?"
