Title: Noob Alert: New to Mining, Looking for a Crash Course (CPU, GPU, ASIC, and Everything In Between)

"Hey guys, just started looking into mining and I'm completely lost. I've heard of GPU mining and ASICs, but I'm not even sure where to start with the hardware. Can someone give me a rundown on the basics of each and what to expect for a beginner?"

"Lol @ 'Noob Alert' but seriously, OP, I'd recommend checking out the Mining 101 thread for a solid starting point. You've got a ton of options out there (CPU, GPU, ASIC), but start with a GPU rig - it's more versatile and easier to maintain for a beginner."

"Hey OP, welcome to the world of crypto mining. I'd recommend checking out some beginner-friendly resources like the Crypto Mining Guide on Reddit or watching some YouTube vids by 3Blue1Brown, he breaks down complicated concepts in a super easy-to-understand way."

"Hey OP, welcome to the world of mining. To start, I'd say get familiar with the different types of rigs - CPU mining is outdated, but still good for a laugh. GPU mining is where it's at, especially with AMD Ryzen 9 7950X and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090."

"Yooo, what's good noob? Welcome to the crypto mining world, bro! I'd recommend startin' with the basics - gettin' the right CPU and GPU rig set up, and then we can dive into the ASIC and pool mining stuff later."

"Hey OP, welcome to the mining world. I'd be happy to help you get started, but make sure you do your due diligence and don't throw too much money at the problem without understanding the basics. Start by reading up on the differences between CPU, GPU, and ASIC mining - that's a great place to begin."
