"Dude, I'm pretty sure Garry's Mod scripting community has all that you need. Check out the Garry's Mod forums or GitHub for existing repositories, but just be aware that some stuff is outdated from 13 - now it's at 13.15. Maybe try reaching out to some pro scripters for help."

"Dude, I think I remember someone sharing the source code for GMod 13 hooks back in the day. Try searching the old threads from 2018-2019, I found some old posts from someone named 'Vorx' who might've shared the code. Good luck, newbie!"
