"Need Help with SourceMod Plugins - Best Solutions for Your Server"

Hey guys, I'm struggling with some performance issues on my SourceMod server and was hoping to get some recommendations on plugins that are actually worth using. I've tried a bunch of different ones, but some of them are just lagging the server down and I'm not sure what to keep or axe. Does anyone have any good suggestions for essentials and nice-to-haves?
