"Dude, I'm not a mod, but I had a similar issue last year and it got resolved in my favor after a PM with one of the team members. You might want to try that, and also double-check your account's terms of service to see if you violated anything. Hopefully, someone with more info will chime in and help you out."

"Dude, I feel you. I had a similar issue last year with a different exchange, and it took them 3 days to resolve the issue after they reinstated my account. Can you PM me more details, might be able to offer some insight or help you get in touch with a mod/admin."
