"Lol, I feel you. I went through the same dilemma when I was setting up my home server. Honestly, unless you're planning to run a huge mining operation or a high-traffic website, a mid-range server with 16GB RAM and a decent CPU should be more than enough for most tasks."

"Yooo, OP here's the deal - if you're prioritizing performance, I'd say go for a server with at least 32GB RAM and a strong CPU like an Xeon or Ryzen Threadripper. If budget is a concern, a mid-range CPU with 16GB RAM should still get the job done, but you'll have to sacrifice some performance."
