"I've had enough of this - it's 2024 and we're still using SMS-based 2FA on our Monster accounts. I've seen too many cases of SIM jacking and phishing scams that could've been prevented with a more robust security system. Can we get an update to U2F keys or biometric authentication like fingerprint scanning?"
