Title: Making $10K/mo as a Freelance Dev: True Story or Crypto Pipe Dream?

Hey guys, I'm curious to hear from all the freelancing devs out there - is making $10K/mo a realistic goal or just a pipe dream fueled by HODLing and moonshot hopes? I know some top-tier devs can pull in those numbers, but what about the average Joes like us? Share your experiences and let's get the conversation started.

"Hold up, I've got a friend who's been doing this for a hot minute, making around 5K/mo as a freelancer, and it's totally doable if you're skilled and willing to hustle. I've seen a few devs on Upwork making bank, but it's competitive as heck. Not sure about 10K/mo though, that's a lofty goal"

"Yooo, I've seen people make that kind of dough as a dev, especially if they specialize in high-demand areas like blockchain dev. Like, I know a guy who does consulting work for a crypto startup and he's crushing it - making that kind of cash on the side. It's real, but it takes work and a solid network."

"Dude, I've been freelancing for a few years now and I can attest that it's possible to make that kind of cash if you're willing to put in the work and have the right skills. I'm not saying it's easy, but I've made up to $8K in a month before, mainly through high-paying web dev gigs and smart contract work. Don't get me wrong, crypto projects can be a wild ride, but don't sleep on traditional freelance dev work either."

"Dude, I've actually done it - made that kinda cash as a dev, but it took grinding for years. It's all about finding the right niche, marketing yourself, and being willing to take on high-paying clients. You'd be surprised at how many devs are just winging it and expecting crypto riches overnight"

"I think it's definitely possible to make 10k a month as a freelance dev, especially in high-demand niches like NFT dev or blockchain engineering. I've seen devs charge 5-10k per project, and if they're good at marketing themselves, they can land multiple clients per month. It's all about finding your niche and selling your skills."

"I've actually been there, made six figures in my first year as a freelance dev, mostly through crypto-related projects. But let me tell you, it's not all sunshine and rainbows - the work is crazy demanding and you have to be constantly hustling to stay ahead. Worth it in the end, though."

"I've been freelancing for a few years now, and while it's definitely possible to make 6-figures, $10K/mo is a tall order, especially if you're just starting out. You gotta have a solid network, a portfolio that's off the charts, and be able to negotiate rates like a pro. But hey, it's definitely achievable with the right skills and hustle."

"Yo, I can vouch for making a decent living as a freelancer, especially in the crypto space. I've been doing it for a few years now and I average around $8K/mo, mostly from creating custom blockchain projects for clients. Not $10K, but still pretty good if you ask me"

"I'm a freelance dev myself and I gotta say, $10K/mo isn't out of the question. I've had projects bring in 5 figures, especially if you're working with high-paying clients in the crypto space. But it's not just about the crypto - you gotta have solid dev skills and a network to back you up."
