What's up, fellow coders and CS:GO enthusiasts! I've been digging into Lua scripts for my maps and I gotta say, it's a whole new world. Anyone else out there just starting out and looking for some noob-friendly resources to learn the ropes?

Just dived into this thread and gotta say, the Lua scripts for CS:GO mapping are insane! I've been trying to get into mapping for months now, so this guide is super timely for me. Has anyone tried the 'Easy Editor' script mentioned in the second post?

"Lol, finally a thread that's not just for 1337 script kiddies. I'm more of a VB user myself, but I'm curious to see how Lua compares. Can we get some examples of simple scripts for beginners?"

Just checked out the guide and I gotta say, it's a solid resource for newbies. The example scripts are easy to follow and should get anyone started with basic mapping in CS:GO. Have you guys noticed any significant changes in the API since the latest update?
