"Dude, losing your seed phrase is a major no-go. You should've written it down and stored it in a super secure place, but since you didn't, you can try using a recovery service if the exchange or wallet supports it. Otherwise, you're basically SOL."

Dude, losing your seed phrase is like losing the keys to your crypto castle. Don't freak out just yet, but make sure you didn't store it somewhere online that you can access (not recommended, btw). If you can't recover it, you might need to do a fresh install and start over, which is a bummer.
