"Dude, I feel your pain. Make sure you check your email for any recovery seed backups you might've sent to yourself from Ledger Live. Also, you can try using the recovery tool on their website, but I'm not sure if that's possible if you didn't enable the email backup."

"Dude, sorry to hear that. If your Ledger Live backup is gone, try logging into Ledger Live on a computer, and if you had 2FA set up, you might be able to recover the seed phrase. Also, check if you have it saved in any notes or email."
