"Hey guys, has anyone else out there started to feel the pressure of relying on commercial GPS systems? I've been experimenting with some open-source alternatives like u-blox and Adafruit's Ultimate GPS, and I gotta say, it's got me thinking about the potential for decentralized navigation. What are some of your favorite open-source GPS solutions and what kind of projects are you building with them?"

"Hey guys, I'm currently running a setup with RTKLIB on my raspberry pi and it's been a game-changer for accurate location tracking. Has anyone else give it a try? Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a solid open-source solution."

Just wanted to throw out OpenStreetMap and its companion project Maproulette as options for alternative GPS navigation. They're not exactly GPS in the classical sense, but they can provide offline mapping capabilities. Anyone else used these for navigation?

"Yea, I've been looking into that for a project and stumbled upon u-blox's ZED-F9P - it's pretty impressive. Has anyone else tried their software development kit? Does anyone know of any other alternatives?"
