Hey guys, just wanted to throw this out there. I lost $10k after a trade went sideways on Uniswap and I'm wondering if I can take it to court. Specifically, I'm thinking about suing the trader for the gas fees that I had to pay out of my own pocket after they bailed on the trade.

Dude, I feel your pain, but suing the other party for gas fees isn't gonna fly. You've gotta understand that gas fees are a risk you take when trading on Uniswap. Maybe focus on cutting your losses instead?
