Hey guys, I'm reaching out for some help here. I've been a member of this forum for a while, but my account just got locked out of nowhere and I'm not sure why. I've got a pretty sizeable balance in crypto stored in my wallet, but when I try to access it, it's just saying I need to verify my email/phone, but even after doing that, it's still not working.
