"Hey all, I think we should create a mentorship program for new users who are just getting into crypto and tech. Having a more experienced member to guide them through the basics and share knowledge would be super helpful and create a stronger sense of community. Maybe we can even offer rewards for mentors who put in the time."

I think it would be dope to have more in-depth workshops and tutorials on advanced crypto topics, like DeFi and smart contract development.
