Y'all, I wanted to start a convo about something super important but often overlooked in the crypto space: mental wellness. As traders, we all know how easy it is to get caught up in the highs and lows of the market, but the truth is, it's taking a toll on our mental health. Who else is feeling the burnout, and what strategies are you using to stay sane in this wild ride?

"Dude, can't stress enough on the importance of mental wellness in crypto trading. I've seen many friends get burnt out from constant market swings and FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt). Meditation and journaling have helped me stay chill when the market gets wild."

Yooo, just wanted to say that I've been focusing on meditation and journaling to cope with stress and FOMO while trading crypto. It's helped me stay calm during intense market volatility. Anybody else tried mindfulness apps like Headspace or Calm?
