What's up guys, thought I'd start a thread here on how to stay in top shape while crushing it in the crypto space. "Lowkey gotta disagree with some of these 'tips'. For me, it's all about finding a hobby that gets me moving while simultaneously educating me on the world of crypto. I'm a fan of crypto-themed escape rooms, gives me a fun way to level up both my mind and body"

Love the thread title, OP! As a crypto trader who's also into fitness, I gotta say that stress management is key - exercising regularly and meditating helps me stay calm during market volatility. Anybody tried incorporating cryptocurrency-themed workouts, like "Hodl" squats or "Moon" lunges
