Title: Kali vs Parrot: Which Pen Testing OS Reigns Supreme 2024?

Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade my penetration testing skills and I'm torn between Kali Linux and Parrot Security OS. I've heard both are great for the job, but I'm curious to know which one reigns supreme in 2024. Has anyone out there had a chance to try out both and share some insights?

"Been using Kali for years, and it still doesn't get old. The updated tools and UI make it a solid choice for pen testing. Parrot's a great option too, but I think Kali takes the cake for now."

"Yo, I gotta say, Kali is still my go-to for pentesting. The toolset is way easier to navigate than Parrot, and it's constantly updated with new exploits. Parrot's not bad though, just feels a bit clunky imo"

"Honestly, I gotta give it up for Kali, been using it for years and have never been disappointed. The community is super active and the updates with new tools and techniques are always on point. Parrot's nice too, but for me, it's all about Kali."

"Dude, I've used both and gotta say, Kali Linux still takes the cake. It's super user-friendly and has a massive community behind it, plus it's constantly updated. Parrot's alright, but it's just not as polished imo."

"Personally, I'm a big fan of Kali, been using it for years and it's got a huge community behind it. Parrot is solid too, but the tools available on Kali just can't be beat. That said, I've heard Parrot's ease of use is a major plus for newbies, so it depends on your skill level, I guess."

I gotta give it up to Kali, been around for years and still one of the most widely used. Parrot's not bad either, but it feels like it's a bit more geared towards noobs, you know? Kali's versatility and community support still make it my go-to.

"Dude, I gotta give Kali the edge here. Parrot's got some cool features, but Kali's just more widely adopted and has better community support. Plus, the tools are more up-to-date."

Lol, gotta throw my vote behind Kali. Been using it for years and the community support is crazy strong. Parrot's solid too, but Kali's just more polished if you ask me.

I've gotta go with Kali Linux on this one. Their community support is fire and they're always pushing out updates with fresh tools. Parrot's a solid option, but Kali's got the edge in terms of overall user base and customization.

I've gotta say, both Kali and Parrot are solid choices for pen testing, but Kali still holds the crown for me. Their massive community contribution to their repository is unparalleled, and it's a huge factor in their longevity and adaptability. That being said, Parrot is a more beginner-friendly alternative, so it's definitely worth considering.

"Honestly, I've had more success with Kali, but Parrot's user-friendly GUI is hard to deny. Their community is also super active, which is a big plus. Kali still gets my vote, but Parrot's definitely a dark horse contender."

"Lowkey gotta give props to Kali, been using it for years and it's got a tried-and-true interface. Parrot's got some cool features, but Kali's simplicity and massive community support make it my go-to. Anyone else have thoughts on which one's more beginner-friendly?"

"Been thinking, what's the point of even comparing Kali to Parrot when you can just go with something more user-friendly like BlackArch? I mean, I know it's not as flashy, but it gets the job done without all the unnecessary bloat. Has anyone even used it for pen testing?"
