Yooo, just landed my dream job as a full-time blockchain dev and I'm hyped to share my journey with all of you! I spent about 6 months building personal projects, contributing to open-source repos, and networking at conferences to get my foot in the door. What tips can you guys share on how you cracked the interview process?

Congrats on the new gig, OP! I'd say networking was key for me - I met some folks at blockchain meetups and we kept in touch, and eventually they helped me land an internship that turned into a full-time job. Good luck with your journey, share more about your experience!

Congrats on the new gig, that's a huge achievement. I'd say network, network, network - attend conferences and meetups to build connections in the industry. Also, make sure you've got a solid portfolio showcasing your blockchain skills.

Dude, congrats on the new gig! I'd say my top tip would be to build a solid personal project, like a dApp or a blockchain-based tool, to show off your skills. That's how I impressed my current company, and it's helped me land a few freelance gigs on the side.

Congrats dude, that's amazing! I'd say my main tip would be to just network with people in the industry and attend as many blockchain-related events as possible, it's crazy how many jobs are posted through word of mouth. Also, make sure your GitHub is fire, that's what I'm always saying to folks.
