Just started reading the updated edition of Ben Horowitz's 'The Hard Thing About Hard Things' and I gotta say, some of the principles still feel super relevant to the Web3 space. Anyone else feeling like the challenges of building and scaling a blockchain project are still rooted in the same human and organizational dynamics that Ben talks about?

I think 'The Hard Thing About Hard Things' is still a solid read, especially for entrepreneurs and leaders in Web3. Gary Vaynerchuk has mentioned its relevance in multiple interviews and podcasts. Its timeless lessons on resilience, decision-making, and leadership are definitely applicable to the crypto industry.

I think Ben Horowitz's book is still super relevant, even in the Web3 space. The principles of leadership and building successful companies aren't that different, just the tech and landscape have evolved. We can learn a lot from the struggles he shares in the book.
