I've been using I2P for a while now and it's been a game-changer for accessing some online services that are normally blocked by my ISP. I've also dabbled with Tor, but the speed kills me sometimes. Has anyone else noticed that I2P is basically dead silent in the discussion around anon tools?

"Hey guys, I'm no expert but I gotta say, Tor's been around longer and its community is more established. I2P's a solid choice too, but I think it's more geared towards P2P file sharing and anon torrenting. Anyone use VPNs for anon browsing?"

I gotta say, I'm a fan of I2P. It's not as widely used as VPNs, but the anonymous routing and secure chat features are solid. Plus, it's open-source, so transparency is a big plus.

I gotta say, VPNs are still the most practical for daily use, but when it comes to true anonymity, I think I2P is the winner. It's a more decentralized network, which makes it harder to track, and it's been around for years, so it's got a solid rep.

"imo (in my opinion) it's all about Tor for now. I mean, it's still got its strengths and weaknesses, but the development team is still pushing out updates and they've got a pretty robust network going on. That being said, I'd love to see more I2P action, it's an interesting alternative."

I think it's a no-brainer, guys - Tor is still the OG when it comes to anonymous browsing. I2P has its uses, especially for P2P stuff, but Tor's got the most established network and user base.

"imo, Tor's still the gold standard when it comes to anonymity. They've been around the longest and have the most resources dedicated to keeping users safe. I2P's a close second, but it's more of a P2P anon-focused network."
