Hey guys, I just wanted to kick off this thread with my own crazy story of learning a new language in 6 months. I've always been fascinated by language and I recently decided to take the challenge and learn Japanese. I went from knowing nothing to being able to watch anime in Japanese with subtitles, and now I'm working on ditching the subs altogether.
