Hey guys, just had my crypto wallet hacked and I'm out a chunk of change. Anyone else experience this or know someone who has? I used a popular exchange's mobile app, so I'm guessing it might have been a phishing attack or a vulnerability in the app.

"Dude, I'm so sorry to hear that. I've been pretty diligent about keeping my seed phrase safe, but I did have a close call with a phishing attempt a few months back. Did you reach out to the wallet support yet?"

"Dude, yeah I've heard of a few people getting pwned recently. Had a buddy who lost some Ethereum from a hardware wallet, but thankfully he had some insurance coverage. Anyone know what kind of security measures should be taken to avoid this in the future?"

"Dude, I'm so sorry to hear that. Happened to me last month, but thankfully I had 2FA enabled and caught the hack attempt in time. Still, I had to re-do all my seed phrases and re-install the wallet – was a real pain."

"Literally just went through this last week myself, Wallet was compromised on a phishing site. Luckily I had 2FA enabled, but still lost some coins. Has anyone's exchange or wallet service notified them of any suspicious activity?"

"Yikes, sorry to hear that! Did you get any notification from the exchange or wallet provider about the hack? Have you reached out to their support yet?"

"Dude, same thing happened to me last month. I was using a mobile wallet and I got hit with a phishing scam, lost a decent chunk of crypto. Had to create a new wallet and transfer my funds after changing passwords and 2FA everywhere."

"Dude, so sorry to hear that. I've been running some basic security protocols on my crypto wallets, but I guess it's still hard to prevent those phishing attacks. Has anyone reached out to the wallet's support team yet?"

"Dude, I'm so sorry to hear that. Fortunately, my 2FA is always enabled and I've never had any issues, but I do know a guy who got phishing'd and ended up losing some coins. Hopefully, your exchanges can recover or reimburse the losses for you."

"Dude, so sorry to hear that. I've been a bit paranoid about wallet security lately, been considering switching to a hardware wallet. Did you report the hack to your exchange or wallet provider?"

"Dude, sorry to hear that. Was your wallet on an exchange or did you have it on your own hardware? Just a heads up, always make sure your seed phrase is safely stored, that's the most important thing."

"Dude, so sorry to hear that. I was compromised a few months back, same wallet. Luckily, it was insured, so I'm good, but it was a close call"
