Hey guys, just wanted to start a thread on how to grow a crypto portfolio from scratch. I'm new to crypto and I'm looking to invest, but I want to do it in a smart way. I've heard of dollar-cost averaging and tax-loss harvesting, but I'm not sure where to start - any tips would be super helpful!

I'm new to crypto investing, but I've been trying to educate myself on the space. One thing I've learned is to DCA (dollar-cost average) your investments to minimize risks during market fluctuations. Has anyone else had success with this strategy?

"Hey OP, great thread, love the enthusiasm. I'm a big fan of diversifying early on - mix some established coins like BTC and ETH with some up-and-comers like ALGO or Solana. What's your current portfolio looking like?"

"Hey OP, I'm loving the journey you're on. I started by dumping a chunk of my fiat into a stablecoin and then allocated 50/50 into a BTC and ETH. Been holding since and slowly adding to the pile."

"Hey OP, I feel you, starting from scratch can be tough. I'd recommend diversifying into some of the up-and-coming projects on Coinlist or Polymath, they're got some solid potential for growth. Good luck with your portfolio!"
