Hey fellow users, I'm looking for some catharsis after having a nightmare experience with a password recovery on a popular exchange. My grandpa's "secret" password was actually just 'ILoveCrypto2020' and the support team thought it was legit. Long story short, they locked my account and I had to wait 48 hours for a live chat response.
