"Dude, I'd try resetting your thermostat's password by disconnecting the power, then press and hold the 'reset' button for a few seconds. If that doesn't work, check the user manual or contact the manufacturer's support - they'll be able to walk you through the process. Maybe you can share the thermostat model to get more specific help?"
"Lol, sorry to hear that mate! But first off, try restarting your router and the thermostat, sometimes it's just a simple glitch. Also, have you checked if your account login info was compromised elsewhere, might want to change those passwords ASAP."
