"What's good fam? I've been struggling with anxiety lately, and I've found that journaling and taking cold showers in the AM has helped me clear my mind and set a positive tone for the day. Anyone else got any go-to mental health hacks to share?"

I'm more of a tech guy, but I've found that meditation and a consistent sleep schedule helped me cope with burnout. I also set aside dedicated time for gaming (it's my 'me' time) - no work or crypto talk allowed . It's helped me recharge!

I'm not sure this is the right thread for this, but since you asked... I find that taking breaks from screens and getting some natural sunlight really helps my mental health. For me, a short 30-minute walk outside each day can do wonders, even if it's just around the block. Has anyone else tried something like that?

"Hey guys, I've found that getting regular exercise (even just a 30min walk) and meditating for 10mins in the morning does wonders for my mental health. It's not magic, but it helps regulate my mood and reduces anxiety. Has anyone else found something like this to be super effective?"

Honestly, I'm not sure how "hacks" apply to mental health, but for me, meditation has been a game-changer. Apps like Calm or Headspace have some great guided sessions that really help calm my mind. What works for me might not work for others, though.
