Title: GMod Cheats Exposed: New VGUI Hook and Gamestate Exploits

I'm calling out all you noobs - I just stumbled upon two brand new exploits for Garry's Mod that can literally cheat your way to a 1st place win in any game. Apparently, there's a new VGUI hook that lets you bypass all server-side checks and a gamestate exploit that lets you manipulate the server in real-time. I'm sharing the code below for the sake of education - don't get too excited noobs, you'll get banned the moment you try to use this.
