"FUD or FOMO: When Will Arbitrum 2.0 Go Live and Change the Game?"

What's up guys, just wanted to start a discussion about Arbitrum 2.0. I've been following Arbitrum's progress and it seems like they're making some big changes - higher TPS, lower gas fees, etc. When can we expect the upgrade to go live and what kind of impact will it have on the Arbitrum ecosystem?
